If you're one of those people that puts 5 parts milo to 1 part milk then you might want to try this scrumptious, scoopable alternative.
Introducing Honey Chia.
What you'll need:
- Milk
- Honey
- Chia seeds
What to do:
- Scoop about 3 teaspoons(you can add more or less) of Chia seeds into a glass.
- Add 1 cup of milk and stir. Let it sit for about 5 minutes(this allows the seeds to swell and become slippery).
- Add 2 teaspoons of honey slowly(let it drizzle).
- Give it a good stir and bon appetit!
